How to Cancel an Order

​If you want to cancel your order (for whatever reason), please just send us a message on the chat with your order number and reason for canceling.  

Once we process your request, we will send you a confirmation message regarding your order cancellation.  

You can only cancel the order if the item hasn’t been shipped. If it’s already on its way, please refer to the next section: How to Return a Device.

HOW TO RETURN THE DEVICE

As a consumer, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving your order. If you wish to return an item, you are responsible for sending the product back to us in its original condition, including covering postal or any other return-related costs.  

If you want to return the device, please contact us first via chat. Within one working day, you will receive instructions and the return address. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.  

If the returned product is in identical (undamaged) condition, MobileMartHub will refund the full purchase amount.
